1. Go to the Al Bagra Fortress.
2. Go up one of the towers near the blue circle on the map.
3. Once you’re at the top floor, go east, and go down one floor.
4. Unlock one of the doors in the corridor.

There are two Al Bagra Officers Quarters doors that you can unlock.

You can check the loot by looking through the window outside the office.

The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
